Drinking enough water is essential in making sure the body is doing it’s job like flushing out waste, replace loss of fluids, and keep muscles working. The benefits to drinking the clear liquid are endless
The main goal is to drink 650ml of water or four cups of water as soon as you wake up. There is even an ideal time to do this; 6:00 A.M.
Try starting with one glass and work your way up to four glasses. If you are drinking from the tap make sure it’s distilled water. The easiest way to get rid of the impurities is to boil the water the night before and leave it out.
Make sure you give yourself at least 45 minutes of not drinking anything else or eating after you drink your morning H2O. You can, however, brush your teeth right after.
